HONOURABLE JUSTICE G. SRI DEVI CRIMINAL PETITION NO.5956 OF 2019 ORDER:

Learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the Criminal Petition has become infructuous, as the investigation is completed and charge sheet is filed in the crime in the year 2016 itself.

In that view of the matter, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

Miscellaneous applications, if any, pending shall stand dismissed.
