The petitioner asserts that he is the neighbour of 6th respondent-Bar and Restaurant, and that he made objections with respect to renewal of license in favour of 6th respondent specifically asserting that great nuisance is being created by the customers of 6th respondent, and therefore his objections may be considered while considering the renewal application of the Bar and Restaurant license of the 6th respondent. Heard learned counsel for petitioner, and the learned Government Pleader for Excise.
As the existing license granted on 08.11.2018 for the year 2018-19 is due for renewal by the end of September, 2019, before passing any orders on the renewal application that may be submitted by the 6th respondent, the objections raised by the petitioner shall be considered, and an opportunity of hearing shall also be afforded to both the petitioner as well as the 6th respondent.
