Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents. 2.

Petitioners' grievance is that their representation dt.12-09-2016 is pending consideration before the respondent Nos.2 to 4 and that no action has been taken thereon.

Learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents states that 2nd respondent will consider petitioners' representation within two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision to the petitioners. 4.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing 2nd respondent to consider petitioners' representations within two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision to the petitioner. No costs.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
