This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioner - accused under Sections 437 and 439 Cr.P.C., seeking bail in Crime No.86 of 2015 on the file of Thotlavalluru Police Station, Krishna District, registered for the offence punishable under Section 376(2)(F) IPC. Heard and perused the material available on record. It is alleged that the petitioner committed rape on his own daughter. In view of the nature of the allegations made against the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to him.
