HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SURESH KUMAR KAIT WRIT PETITION No.30739 of 2016 ORDER:

After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks a direction to respondent Nos.5 and 6 to dispose of the representations made by the petitioner on 14.07.2016 and 18.07.2016.

On advance notice, learned Additional Advocate General for Telangana State appeared and submits that the aforesaid representations made by the petitioner would be decided within the time stipulated by this Court.

Keeping in view the averments in the petition, and the submission of the learned Additional Advocate General, I hereby direct respondent Nos.5 and 6 to take decision on the petitioner's representations dated 14.07.2016 and 18.07.2016 within a period of ten days from the date of receipt of this order. The decision taken shall be communicated to the petitioner within three days thereafter.

With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of.
