The petitioner/ A3 filed this Criminal Petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C., seeking release in the event of his arrest in connection with Crime No.110 of 2018 of II Town Police Station, Nalgonda Town and District, registered for the offence punishable under Section 20(b)(ii) of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 (for short 'the Act').

In view of the bar for grant of anticipatory bail, without consideration of the requirements of latest limitations under Section 37 of the Act applies or not from the three Judge Bench expression of the Apex Court in Sathpal Singh v. State of Punjab in Criminal Appeal No.462 of 2018 (S.L.P.No.8184 of 2017 dated 27.03.2018), this Criminal Petition is dismissed. 3.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any shall stand closed.
