Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner informed this Court that the party has taken away the file from their office with no objection on 28.08.2016 and that they have no instructions till date. 2.

However, from the perusal of the record, the petitioner has not engaged any counsel even after a long gap of more than three years. From this it appears that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the matter diligently.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
