The Special Government Pleader appearing on behalf of learned Advocate General appearing for respondents submits that the connected writ petitions viz., WP Nos 7349, 7399, 7411 and WP.No.7415 of 2009 were dismissed as withdrawn and he also submits that G.O.Ms.No.69, Industries and Commerce (M.III) Department, dated 24-02-2009 was withdrawn by the Government by G.O.Ms.No.106, Industries and Commerce (M-III_ Department, dated 07-07-2012. In view of the same, nothing survives for adjudication in the writ petition.
