This appeal is filed under Section 100 of CPC, by the defendants, assailing the decree and judgment dated 22.2.2000 in A.S.No.30 of 1998 on the file of the Court of II Additional District Judge, Kurnool, wherein and whereby the decree and judgment dated 29.12.1997 in O.S.No.163 of 1992 on the file of the Court of Principal Senior Civil Judge, Kurnool, partly decreeing the suit for partition and separate possession, was confirmed. 2.

Learned counsel for both the parties present. Sri Shashank Reddy, learned Advocate, representing Sri M.N.Narasimha Reddy, learned counsel for the respondents submitted that the parties have settled the matter outside the Court. In view of the submission made on behalf of the learned counsel for the respondents, no further orders are necessary in this second appeal.
