This petition is filed under Section 24 of C.P.C. seeking to withdraw O.P.No.540 of 2015 from the file of the Family Court, Ranga Reddy District at L.B.Nagar, and transfer the same to the file of the Family Court at Nizamabad.

At the time of arguments, learned counsel for both parties submitted that both parties are residing under the same roof. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for both parties, no further orders are necessary in this transfer petition.

Hence, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
