HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P. NAVEEN RAO PC: (Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice P.Naveen Rao) This writ appeal is directed against the decision of the learned single Judge dismissing the W.P.No.2063 of 2016 holding that petitioner is not entitled to maintain the writ petition.

2. Petitioner claims to be the owner and in possession of house bearing No.5-5-35/332/1138/A in Sy.No.353/1 of AVB Puram, Kukatpally, Ranga Reddy District. Petitioner alleges that house plots are formed in the open spaces, places earmarked for park, nursery school, green belt and play grounds contrary to approved layout in Asbestos Hills Colony, Kukatpally and illegal constructions are being made.

3. It appears from the pleadings in the affidavit filed in support of the writ petition and the grounds raised in support of the writ appeal, petitioner is no way concerned with the Asbestos Hills Colony and no personal injury is caused to him by the alleged illegalities in the Asbestos Hills Colony.

4. Having regard to the same, we see no error in the decision arrived at by the learned single Judge. The Writ Appeal is accordingly dismissed.

Miscellaneous petitions if any pending shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
