THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT CONTEMPT CASE No.510 of 2017 ORDER:
Heard Mr.Vikram for petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Revenue for respondent Nos.1 to 5. The instant contempt case is filed complaining willful disobedience of order in W.P.No.36964 of 2016, dated 09.11.2016. This Court through order, dated 09.11.2016, directed respondents to consider and pass orders on the representations dated 05.05.2016 and 05.08.2016 said to have been filed by petitioner within four weeks. Now, the complaint is in spite of time stipulated by the Court, nothing has happened in the matter. The 4th respondent through Memo Rc.No.B/100/2017, dated 25.03.2017, concluded that the grievance canvassed in the representations is purely a civil dispute and parties have to work out their remedies before the competent Court. The Memo, dated 25.03.2017, is taken on file. Contempt Case is dismissed accordingly.
