This Criminal Petition, under Sections 437 and 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, is filed by the petitioner/A.1, for grant of bail in Crime No.59 of 2018 of Kodad Town Police Station, Nalgonda District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 417, 420, 376, 354, 354-A, 323, 509 and 294 I.P.C. 2.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner/A.1 and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor representing the respondentState and perused the record. 3.

Earlier bail application filed by the petitioner/A.1 was dismissed vide orders passed in Crl.M.P.No.429 of 2018 by the learned II Additional Sessions Judge, Nalgonda at Suryapet. There is no change of circumstances.

Hence, the Criminal Petition is dismissed.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition, shall stand closed.
