ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed for the following substantive relief:

".... to issue a Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of respondent No.3 in trying to evict/demolish the petitioner's business premises titled "M/s Erection of Wooden Telephone bunk" situated at 2-2-9/1, Opp Hilton Hotel, O.U. Road, Hyderabad, without following due process of law or without issuing any show cause notice as illegal and arbitrary."

On 21.5.2015, learned counsel for the petitioner

was not present. Hence, the case was adjourned. Learned counsel for the petitioner has addressed letter, dated 18.01.2016, to the Registry wherein he has informed the latter that he has instructions from his client to withdraw the Writ Petition and he has, accordingly, requested the Registry to post the Writ Petition under the caption "for withdrawal".

Today, at the hearing, there is no representation for the petitioner. However, in view of the abovementioned letter addressed by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. As a sequel to dismissal of the Writ Petition, WPMP.No.19207 of 2015 shall stand dismissed as infructuous.
