When the matter came up for hearing on 02.08.2016, the learned counsel for the petitioner called absent and there was no representation on her behalf and the matter was posted under the caption "for dismissal". On 30.08.2016 also, learned counsel for the petitioner called absent and there was no representation on her behalf and the matter was posted under the same caption and even when the matter came up for hearing on 27.09.2016, none appeared for the petitioner and the matter was posted under the same caption. Even today also, when the matter is called, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. It indicates that the petitioner is not interested in pursuing the appeal. 2.
