Sri N.Ashwini Kumar, Learned Standing Counsel appearing for respondents 2, 3 and 4 submits that in pursuance to the directions of the Apex Court in Writ Petition (Civil) No.551 of 2018 and batch to consider the case of petitioners, already appropriate action has been taken, as such cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication.

Recording the aforesaid submission of the learned counsel, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
