This writ petition is filed seeking a writ of mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in not considering the representation dt.01.03.2010 made on behalf of the petitioner, and the action of the 3rd respondent in making illegal appointments to technical and non-technical category posts, contrary to the proceedings dated 22.6.2010 issued by the 1st respondent, as arbitrary and illegal, and consequently to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to consider the representation made on behalf of the petitioner and take action against the third respondent for making illegal appointments.

Now, when the matter came up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks withdrawal of the writ petition and made an endorsement to that effect. In view of the above, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
