The complaint of the petitioner is that respondent Nos. 2 to 4 have not been registering the FIR on her complaint dated 13.04.2017.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

Learned Government Pleader for Home (Andhra Pradesh), on receiving written instructions, submits that pursuant to the complaint of the petitioner, FIR No. 153 of 2017 has been registered on 04.10.2017 for the offence punishable under Section 174 Cr.P.C. and investigation has been taken up into the matter. He has also produced before this Court a copy of the FIR, which is taken on record.

In the light of the submissions made by the learned Government Pleader, the writ petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, the miscellaneous petitions, if any shall stand closed.
