THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT W.P No.18111 OF 2018 ORDER:

The writ petition is dismissed as infructuous in view of the fact that the petitioner has attended the enquiry scheduled on 26.05.2018. Keeping in view the instructions received by learned Government Pleader for Home, this Court is of the view that the prayer for all purposes is rendered ineffective. Hence, the writ petition is dismissed as ineffective. If the petitioner has subsequent cause of action, he is given liberty to work out the same in accordance with law before competent forum.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, shall stand closed.
