Naveen Rao) Learned counsel appearing for respective parties submit that in these Writ Appeals, common judgment rendered by learned Single Judge in Writ Petition No. 37713 of 2014 and batch, dated 26.8.2015 is assailed whereas Division Bench of this Court, by judgment dated 19.5.2016 allowed Writ Appeal No. 968 of 2015 and batch, setting aside the common judgment in Writ Petition No. 37713 of 2014 and batch, dated 26.8.2015, and in terms thereof, these writ appeals may be disposed of.

Considering the said submission these writ appeals are allowed in terms of the common judgement in W.A. No. 968 of 2015 and batch, dated 19.5.2016.

Consequently, pending miscellaneous petitions shall also stand closed.
