THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT W.P.No.18112 OF 2018 ORDER:

The petitioners prays for the following relief : "....the writ of mandamus declaring the action of the respondents laying Cable i.e.

KV Electrical underground cable work, through the plots of the petitioners situate at Survey No.148 to 155 and 156/1, Gopalanagar Cooperative House Building society, Hydernagar village, within the limits of GHMC Kukatpally Circle and Mandal, Medchal-Malkajgiri District, (Erstwhile Balanagar Mandal), without giving them any notice, without acquiring their land, without paying them any compensation under the extant law of the land acquisition, and it is further consequently prayed that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to direct the Respondent to forthwith stop proceeding with the said work and to resume it if necessary, only after following the due process of law of the land acquisition and payment of compensation to all the petitioners who are loosing their valuable metro land on account of the said arbitrary work impugned..." 2.

Heard Mr. S.R.Sanku for petitioners, Mr R.Vinod Reddy for respondents 2 to 4 and Mr. Sampath Prabhakar Reddy for respondents 5 to 7.

Mr. S.R.Sanku submits that the petitioners are content if the representation dt.17.05.2018 is objectively considered and disposed of by the respondent No.2.

The statement is placed on record and accepted. 5.

The 2nd respondent is directed to examine the grievance of the petitioners in the light of representation dt.17.05.2018 and pass order within one week from today.

Mr. R.Vinod Reddy, undertakes to inform the order to respondents 2 to 4 for timely completion.

Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of. No order as to costs. 8.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand dismissed.
