THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T. VINOD KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.20645 OF 2019 ORDER:
This writ petition is filed to declare the inaction of 3rd respondent-Station House Officer, Narayanaguda Police Station, in registering FIR based on the complaints of the petitioner dated 18.02.2019 and 15.07.2019, as illegal and arbitrary. Heard Sri Aadesh Varma, learned counsel for the petitioner company and the Assistant Government Pleader for Home appearing for the respondents 1 to 3.
The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that subsequent to the filing of the writ petition, they have received action taken report from the third respondent informing that the issue involved in both the complaints is civil in nature. Since the action taken report is already communicated to the petitioner, it is open for him to avail appropriate remedy available in accordance with law.
Accordingly, the writ petition is closed, as no further orders are required to be passed in the matter. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
