Sri J. Ananthram, learned counsel for the petitioner filed memo of withdrawal dated 13.07.2015 before the Registry stating that on 10.07.2015 the respondents had demolished the unauthorised constructions in the setback areas in the property bearing Plot No.244 and 246 in the Legend Chimes Layout situated at Kokapet village, Rajendranagar Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, and hence, the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication. Therefore, the learned Counsel seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition.

Permission is granted and the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
