THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T. VINOD KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.20656 OF 2019 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed questioning the inaction of respondent No.4-Station House Officer, I Town Police Station, Mahabubnagar, in not investigating and filing the charge sheet in Crime No.160 of 2018.

The learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions dated 20.09.2019, would submit that based on the complaint made by the petitioner, investigation has been completed and wherein two witnesses have been examined as LWs.1 & 2 and recorded their statements. He would further submit that based on the enquiry conducted, final report has also been filed on 06.07.2019 before the Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Mahabubnagar. A copy of the same is also sent to the complainant on 06.07.2019, through registered post.

Taking the said report on record and inasmuch as the grievance of the petitioner stands redressed, no further orders are required to be passed in this writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition is closed. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
