HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.1884 OF 2015 O R D E R :

The case of the petitioner is that the respondent Nos. 2 and 3 are trying to demolish the Masjid-Ek-Minar for the purpose of road widening without following due process of law and without considering the representation dated 29.11.2014 submitted by it to the respondent Nos.2 and 3. Aggrieved by the same present writ petition is filed. When the matter is taken up for hearing, to day, the learned Standing Counsel for the respondent Corporation, on instructions, submits that as on today there are no proposals for road widening and no proposal is made to take over the property of the petitioner-Masque. Recording the above submission made by the learned Standing Counsel for the respondent-Corporation, the writ petition is dismissed. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
