This petition is filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. by the petitioner/accused seeking pre-arrest bail in Crime No.158 2017 on the file of the Station House Officer, Tanguturu Police Station, Prakasam District, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 304(A) IPC, 134(A), 134(B) read with 187 of Motor Vehicles Act.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the criminal petition and to that effect he also filed a letter dated 21.08.2017 before the Registry. 3.

Permission is granted.

Hence, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
