Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents. 2.

The petitioner states that he is the owner of the lands admeasuring Acs.0.45 cents in survey No.37/P and Acs.1.16 cents in Survey No.27/P of Madhurawada Village, Chinnagadili Mandal, Visakhapatnam District. As he intends to sell the said lands to third parties, had presented the sale deed before the 4th respondent, who refused to receive the same and insisted for No Objection Certificate. 3.

The Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents states that the 4th respondent has to receive the document presented by the petitioner for the purpose of registration and if he do not wish to register it, he shall pass orders under Section 71 of the Registration Act, 1908 (for short, 'the Act') giving reasons thereof. 4.

In view of the said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 4th respondent to receive the document presented by the petitioner for the purpose of registration and if he do not wish to register it, shall pass orders under Section 71 of the Act giving reasons thereof and communicate its decision to the petitioner. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
