The matter pertains to the year 2012. When the matter had come up on 21.7.2016, none appeared for the petitioners and there was no representation on their behalf. Hence, the matter was posted to 25.7.2016 under the caption "For dismissal". Later, at the request of the learned counsel for the petitioners, the matter underwent two adjournments on 25.7.2016 and 27.8.2016. Today, when the matter has come up for hearing, none appears for the petitioners and there is no representation on their behalf. Therefore, the petitioners are not evincing any interest in prosecuting their case.

The Criminal Petition is, accordingly, dismissed for non-prosecution.
