It is stated by the learned counsel for petitioner as well as learned Government Pleader for Revenue that the issue in this Writ Petition is covered by the order dt.17-09-2019 in W.P.No.19895 of 2019 and batch.

Therefore in terms of the said order, this Writ Petition is also disposed of directing the 3rd respondent to process the applications of the petitioner in accordance with law and take further action in the matter within six (06) weeks and communicate his decision to the petitioner. No costs.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
