There was no representation for the revision petitioners on 17.09.2016. The matter was accordingly directed to be posted for dismissal on 23.09.2016. Accordingly, the matter appeared on 23.09.2016. Since 23.09.2016 till date, the matter was being adjourned at the request of the petitioners. Today, the matter appears under the caption 'For Dismissal' but there is no representation, yet again for the petitioners or their learned counsel. However, the learned counsel for the contesting respondent is present. The Civil Revision Petition is accordingly dismissed for non prosecution. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in this revision petition shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
