There was no representation for the petitioner in this case on 19.11.2014, 05.03.2018 and 27.03.2019.

Sri D. Hanumantha Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner, expired some time ago. It is for the petitioner to take necessary steps after the death of his counsel. Having failed to do so, the petitioner did not even choose to appear as a party-in-person. The matter appears under the caption 'for dismissal' in the cause list today but again, there is no representation for the petitioner.

The Writ Petition is accordingly dismissed for non-prosecution. Interim order dated 28.10.2014 shall stand vacated.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
