THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V. SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.8283 OF 2016 ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the following relief:
"to issue an appropriate Writ, Order or Direction, more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, declaring the action of the respondent authorities in not considering the case of the petitioner for appointment as Cluster Resource Person (CRP) in Hashmiya (Urdu) High School in the existing vacancy though he is the only eligible candidate belong to B.C. category of Urdu Medium is available in the selection list, inspite of the written representation dt. 2-2-2016, as being illegal, arbitrary and to grant such other relief or reliefs as this Hon'ble Court deems fit and proper in the circumstances of the case."
2. Heard Sri M.Ajay Kumar, learned counsel, appearing for the petitioner and Sri P.Bhaskar, learned counsel appearing for the 4th respondent.

When the matter is called, it is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioner that for redressal of the grievance of the petitioner, petitioner herein submitted a representation dated 02.02.2016 to the 4th respondent herein and the same may be directed to be disposed of, in accordance with law, by fixing some timeframe. The said request is not opposed by the other side.
4. For the aforesaid reasons, Writ Petition is disposed of, without expressing any opinion on the merits and demerits of the matter and entitlement of the petitioner, directing the 4th respondent to pass appropriate orders on the representation dated 02.02.2016 said to have been submitted by the petitioner herein, in
accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
