Metropolitan Sessions Judge, Hyderabad, and pass. l.A. NO: 1 OF 2018 Petition under Section 482 of Cr..P.C praying that in the circumstances stated in the Memorandum of Grounds of Criminal Petition, the High Court may be pleased to stay all further proceedings including surrender of the petitioner on 24.05.2018 in Crl.M.P.No.1265 of 2018 in Crl.M.P.No 973 ot 2018 in Crime no.739 of 2017 of Jubilee Hills police station, passed by the I Addl.

Metropolitan Sessions Judge, Hyderabad, pending disposal of the above criminal petition and pass. This Petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the Memorandum of Grounds of Criminal Petition and upon hearing the arguments of Sri VENKAT RAO RAVULAPALLI, Advocate for the Petitioner and Sri M.Vivekananda Reddy, the Assistant Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent No.1 and none appeared for the Respondent No.2.

This criminal petition is filed seeking to quash the order dated 17.05.2018 in Cr1.M.P.No.t261 of 2018 in crl.M.P.No.973 of 2018 in crime No.739 of 2olr on the lile of Jubilee Hills Police station, Hyderabad wherein the bail which was granted in favour of petitioners/accused Nos.1 and 2 in cr1.M.P.No.973 of 2018 r4ras cancelled in crl.M.p.No.r26s of 20 18.

When this matter is taken up for hearing;, Smt. K.pallavi, learned counsel for the petitioners fairly submit that cause in the criminal petition does not survive as the petitioners surrendered before the concerned Magistrate.

Recording the above said submissiori, the criminal petition is closed.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this criminal petition shall stand closed.
