This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the respondents in threatening and interfering with the peacefully possession and enjoyment of the subject property of the petitioner.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home produced written instructions stating that 3rd respondent police have not visited the petitioner's house and threatened them to vacate the subject premises; and that the 3rd respondent police are not interfering with the possession of the petitioner in respect of the house in question. Recording the aforesaid submission of the learned Assistant Government Pleader, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
