CVNR,J & DVSS,J C.R.P.No.1795 of 2005 27.04.2018 ORDER:(Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This civil revision petition is filed against order, dated 02.02.2005, in I.A.No.1416 of 2004 in O.S.No.4368 of 2004 on the file learned III Junior Civil Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad. 2.

At the hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner has requested for an adjournment.

As this case is of the year 2005, we are not inclined to adjourn the case. Hence, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.

As a sequel to dismissal of the C.R.P., interim order, dated 08.04.2005, in C.R.P.M.P.No.2393 of 2005 is vacated and C.R.P.M.P.Nos.2393 and 3994 of 2005 shall stand dismissed as infructuous.
