Leave about earlier bail application is dismissed, as withdrawn, by this Court for anticipatory bail after dismissal of the anticipatory bail application plea by the Court of Sessions, the petitioner is, as submitted by the learned Public Prosecutor, served with Section 41-A amended CrPC notice and thereby he has to submit any compliance with Section 41-A CrPC to appear before the police and the police strictly follow said procedure.
