THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY SECOND APPEAL No.676 of 2000 JUDGMENT:

This appeal is filed by the plaintiff, under section 100 CPC, assailing the judgment and decree dated 01.03.2000 in A.S.No.295 of 1996 on the file of Chief Judge Court, City Civil Court, Hyderabad.

As per the orders of this Court dated 26.09.2016, the appeal is dismissed for default against respondents 1 and 2, as the appellant failed to comply with the orders of this Court dated 01.09.2016. Today, there is no representation on behalf of the appellant. It seems that the appellant is not interested to prosecute the matter. No purpose will be served by keeping the matter pending further.

Hence, the appeal is dismissed for non-prosecution. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
