Bhaskar Deluxe, v. Government Of Andhra Pradesh,
THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.7435 of 2012 ORDER:
It is stated that the petitioner theatre's licence has been renewed up to 30.06.2019 and that it is presently operating. In that view of the matter, Sri K. Durga Prasad, learned counsel for the petitioner theatre, states that the impugned notice dated 13.02.2012 has been rendered redundant and can have no force. In the light of the fact that the Revenue Divisional Officer, Guntur, has issued proceedings dated 05.06.2014, taking note of the fact that the petitioner theatre has all the requisite permissions including a No Objection from the Fire Department, and renewed the B-Form licnece issued to it for five years from 2014 to 2019, the impugned notice dated 13.02.2012, which was suspended by this Court on 19.03.2012, ceases to have effect.
The writ petition is accordingly allowed setting aside the impugned notice.
Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed in the light of this final order. No order as to costs. ____________________ JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR 28th August, 2015 IBL
