THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY WRIT PETITION No.18441 OF 2009 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the 2nd respondent in issuing the Proceedings No. 564/2009-B1(Pts) dated 28-07-2009 is illegal, arbitrary, violative of principles of natural justice and Articles 14 and 19 (g) of the Constitution of India and consequentially to direct the respondents not to interfere with the constructions made by the petitioner as per building permission, dated 18-04-2007.

The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the writ petition. He also filed a letter in the Registry to that effect.

Permission is granted.

Hence, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
