Heard Mr G.Bhaskar and learned Government Pleader for Civil Supplies.

The petitioner challenges the order of the respondent No.3, which is appealable before the Joint Collector. 3.

Though Mr G.Bhaskar tried to pursuade this Court on a few patent illegalities for invoking the jurisdiction of this Court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, this Court is of the view that these objections, even if are required to be considered, the appellate authority is well suited.

Hence, Writ Petition is disposed of by granting liberty to petitioner to file appeal before the Joint Collector, by enclosing copy of this order, within two (02) weeks from today. Respondents are directed to maintain status quo as on today vis-à-vis the subject matter of the writ petition for a period of three (03) weeks from today. It is open to the petitioner to obtain orders, as are necessary, after the appeal is filed before the Joint Collector. No order as to costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand dismissed.
