HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE A. RAMALI NGESWARA RAO Contempt Case No. 2140 of 2016 Order:

This Contempt Case is filed alleging non-implementation of the order in W.P.M.P.No.41534 of 2016 in W.P.No.33644 of 2016 dated 29.09.2016.

Pursuant to the admission of the Contempt Case, a counter affidavit is filed stating that an order was passed on 28.11.2016 in compliance with the directions of this Court and the same was communicated on 16.12.2016 to the petitioner. This Court admitted the Contempt Case due to non-appearance and non-response pursuant to notice before admission ordered on 11.11.2016 and the fact of service of the order dated 28.11.2016 was not brought to the notice of this Court by the learned counsel for the petitioner also. The contemnors also filed two applications seeking to dispense with their presence in view of compliance of the orders even before admission of the Contempt Case. In the circumstances, this Court is satisfied that there is no disobedience of the orders of this Court and no further action is required in the present Contempt Case.

The Contempt Case is, accordingly, closed. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous applications, if any, pending in this Contempt Case shall stand closed.
