THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO WRIT PETITION No.9568 of 2014 ORDER :

This writ petition is filed to declare the action of the respondents in harassing the petitioners and preventing them from attending to duty and college and summoning them to the police without any case against them as illegal, arbitrary, highhanded, and violative of fundamental rights guaranteed under Constitution of India and consequently to direct the respondents particularly 2nd respondent not to interfere with the petitioners' personal life.

When the matter is taken up, learned counsel for the petitioners represent that the cause in this writ petition does not survive. 3.

Recording the said submission, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
