THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY WRIT PETITION No.29419 of 2016 ORDER:
This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a Writ of Mandamus declaring the inaction on the part of the first respondent-Osmania University in declaring the B.Ed I-year Isemester Examination results of the students of second petitionerCollege as illegal and arbitrary.
2. Heard Sri Tarun G. Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Ch.Jagannadha Rao, learned Standing Counsel for the first respondent-Osmania University.
3. The students of the second petitioner-College were permitted to appear for B.Ed., I-Year I-Semester Examinations, in pursuance of the orders of this court dated 29.2.2016 in WPMP No.8391 of 2016 in W.P. No.6587 of 2016. On 10.8.2016, this court allowed W.P. No.25703 of 2016 directing the first respondent University to declare the results of the B.Ed I-Year I-Semester Examinations of the students of the second petitioner - College therein. The issue involved in this writ petition is squarely covered by the orders of this court in W.P. No.25703 of 2016.
4. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and in view of the order dated 10.8.2016 in W.P. No.25703 of 2016, the first respondent University is hereby directed to declare the results of the B.Ed., I-Year I-Semester Examinations of the students of the second petitioner - College.
5. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
