The main grievance of the writ petitioner is that even though she made a representation dated 14.06.2016 requesting the 2nd respondent - Revenue Divisional Officer to pay compensation and provide rehabilitation and resettlement benefits for her land admeasuring Ac.0.07 cents in Survey No.529/7B in Bhalabadrapuram Village, her representation has not been considered, so far. Heard learned counsel for both the parties and perused the material placed on record.

Keeping in view the averments made in the writ petition and the submission of learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is disposed with the a direction to Respondent No.2 to consider the representation dated 14.06.2016 said to have been made by the petitioner and pass appropriate orders thereon, in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is needless to mention that if the petitioner is still aggrieved by the action or inaction of the respondents, she may approach appropriate forum. No order as to costs. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, shall stand closed.
