Rama Gopal, learned counsel for the respondents-writ petitioners, seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition. Writ petition is, therefore, dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, the interlocutory order under appeal would no longer survive, and would automatically stands dismissed. Consequent on the dismissal of the writ petition, no order need be passed in the writ appeal, and it is accordingly disposed of.
