HON'BLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE RAMESH RANGANATHAN AND HON'BLE Dr. JUSTICE SHAMEEM AKTHER WRIT APPEAL No.316 OF 2017 AND WRIT PETITION No.5460 OF 2017 COMMON JUDGMENT: (Per Hon'ble The Acting Chief Justice Ramesh Ranganathan) Sri G. Rama Gopal, learned counsel for the respondents-writ petitioners, seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition. Writ petition is, therefore, dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, the interlocutory order under appeal would no longer survive, and would automatically stands dismissed. Consequent on the dismissal of the writ petition, no order need be passed in the writ appeal, and it is accordingly disposed of. As a sequel, pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
