This Writ Petition is filed by petitioner challenging the inaction of 1st respondent in disposing of petitioner's application dt.30-10-2017 for issuance of Occupancy Right Certificate though such application was filed in Form-I under Rule 5(2) of the Rules regarding the grant of Occupancy Right Certificate for the agricultural lands.

Learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents states that the 1st respondent will dispose of application of petitioner within two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order after hearing petitioner and any other affected party. 3.

In view of the said submission, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 1st respondent to dispose of petitioner's application dt.30-10-2017 within two (02) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order after hearing the petitioner and any other affected party and communicate his decision to the petitioner. No costs. 4.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
