O r d e r :

Feeling aggrieved by the seizure of Tractor and Trailer bearing registration Nos.AP 05 DC 4922 and AP 05 DC 4923 respectively and the inaction of respondent No.5 in releasing the same, the petitioner filed this Writ Petition.

From the pleadings of the petitioner and the material filed by him, it is evident that he has

approached respondent No.5 with a request to release the seized tractor and trailer. However, under G.O.Ms.No.95, Industries & Commerce (Mines-IV) Department, dated 28-08-2014, respondent No.3 alone is competent to release the seized tractor and trailer. Therefore, the petitioner is permitted to make an application before respondent No.3.

Within three days of receipt of such application, respondent No.3 shall pass an appropriate order in accordance with the above noted GO.

Subject to the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of.

As a sequel to disposal of the Writ Petition, WPMP.No.3121 of 2016, filed by the petitioner for interim relief, is disposed of as infructuous. ______________________ (C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy, J) Dt: 29th January, 2016 LUR
