As there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner on 19.11.2015, the matter was directed to be listed next week under the caption 'for dismissal'. Even today, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner either in the morning or in the evening session though it was listed under caption 'for dismissal'. It appears that the petitioner is not interested in pursuing the Writ Petition.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed for nonprosecution. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
