This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioners/accused under section 438 of Cr.P.C. seeking to enlarge them on bail in the event of their arrest in Crime No. 503 of 2016 of Pet Basheerabad Police Station, Cyberabad, Ranga Reddy district, registered for the offences under section 403, 405, 406, 409, 417, 420, 506 read with section 34 of IPC.

2. Sri Parsa Ananth Nageswar Rao, learned counsel for the petitioners/accused seek permission of this Court to withdraw the above criminal petition.

3. Permission is accorded.

4. The Criminal Petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn.

5. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions if any pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand disposed of.
