HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITON No.18155 of 2018 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondents to send Mr.B.Mohan Reddy S/o.Adi Reddy, who is lodged in Central Prison, Warangal and Smt.B.Latha W/o.B.Mohan Reddy, who is lodged in District Jail, Karimnagar to NIMS Hospital, Hyderabad for transplantation of his kidney to his wife.

Learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home states that the order dated 24-05-2018 passed by this Court has been complied with. In view of the same, the grievance of the petitioner stood redressed.

Recording the same, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
